HOW REVIV WORKS

I believe there are some basic biomechanics to how the skeleton and skull work, which result in it collapsing over time.

Particularly if you did orthodontics, extractions, or grind your teeth because those things flatten your 'curve of spee', which is the natural curve of how your upper & lower teeth make contact.

And Reviv essentially aimes to reverse that collapse, thereby reinflating the skull and skeleton back to their healthy state.

Why does this work?

Think of the soft tissue (e.g., fascia & skin) covering the bones of the skull as a balloon. When you grind your teeth down, it is as if you're taking air out of the balloon.

When this balloon deflates, it crushes the skull, which in turn crushes the brain and causes cognitive and neurological issues over time.

In general, we as a society like to call this process 'aging.' But if you grind down your teeth faster, you 'age' faster. The good part is you can reverse the process by using the same physics in reverse, i.e., you 'add' height back to the teeth.

How many people have done this process?

About 500 people have been using the appliance and this method starting early 2023.

How does sizing work?

Generally we think most folks should get a large size appliance.

If you have a smaller mouth than we recommend you get a small. We only have two sizes.

Is this similar to "Mewing"?

While "Mewing" has some of the same benefits and leverages some of the same mechanics, Ken's view is that this approach is far more efficient (ie. faster) than Mewing.
Also it will work for a far higher percentage of folks than Mewing will.
