Return and Refund Policy

  1. This product is sold as a final sale with no returns or refunds accepted. The reason for this is:- We ship from overseas and reverse shipping it typically prohibitively expensive.- We cannot sell used mouthguards for hygiene reasons.
  2. Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:- Non receipt of product- Receipt of incorrect product (different from what was ordered)
  3. Replacement Orders
    - In cases where a shipment is reported as missing or undelivered, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement shipment as a goodwill resolution after reviewing carrier tracking, proof of delivery, and address confirmation.
    - Replacement shipments are provided as a one-time goodwill resolution to complete the original purchase.
    - Once a replacement order is issued, the original order is considered fulfilled and resolved. Replacement shipments do not create refund eligibility and are not eligible for return, refund, or chargeback.
    - By accepting a replacement shipment, the customer agrees that the replacement fulfills the original order and that no refund will be issued for the original or replacement order.
