The Problem
People today are having more physical and mental health issues than ever before
The traditional ways of fighting these things is falling way short
We at Reviv believe that there might be a structural root cause
We believe the skull can be inflated like a ball
Deflating is what we believe causes aging, asymetry and is at the root cause of most disease
Inflating reverses all of those things and can be achieved with the help of a mouthguard
As the skull 'inflates' the curve of spee improves
The Solution
A simple mouthguard addresses this structural collapse at its root cause
The teeth correct as a function of the skull correcting
Reviv makes three big hypotheses about the future of biomechanics:
Root cause of almost all disease
Is disease a function of biomechanical collapse?
Root cause of aging
If we don't collapse, maybe we don't die?
Root cause of beauty
Can we look like a model if we take this to the end?
What should I expect from doing Reviv?
- Likely some initial discomfort in the teeth and gums
- May take a few nights to get used to sleeping with it
- The mouthguard is starting to get more comfortable
- You might notice some differences in how your teeth fit together
- Many users find their jaw feels less tense in the mornings
- You may notice you're waking up without the tight, clenched feeling
- You will likely function better (concentration, ability to handle complexity, etc)
- There's a good chance you have more energy and stamina than in years
- You probably will look better than you have in years
- The mouthguard alone has plateaud but you're doing the 'fast method' stretches that are recommended in the community
- Things just keep improving functionally and aesthetically
- It seems almost difficult to get sick and you seem to be in a good mood naturally most of the time
- You're playing for the 'end'
- Does this process really go as far as this crazy guy, Ken, thinks it does?

I got this to help relax my jaw because of trigeminal nerve issues. My Dr and physio had recommended a mouth guard. It had definitely had a positive impact on muscle tension in my neck and jaws and I’m noticing more symmetrical facial as l features and improvement in lower jaw tooth crowding. I can feel that my palate is now wider and flatter too. It took a few weeks before it stayed in all night, but now I’m more comfortable wearing it at night than going without.
My teeth are straightening out and separating. I've got more energy too
Really felt the difference over the past months, I sleep better and my facial structure started to align pretty quickly. Some funny effects as well is that I'm not anxious anymore, more social and not a people pleaser anymore! I switch between the R1 and R1.. the R1 is more comfortable to wear in the daytime, for sleep I prefer the R2

Thank you Gijs! And great work!
Been difficult to wear. I had to cut off the tongue guide because I got an ulcer so bad it took 2.5 weeks to go away. I also cut 2 horizontal holes in the sides for saliva to move through more. I still get tissue soreness so I have to go start again very slowly.
I'm quite familiar with meme appliances like Starecta and conduct a bit of biomechanical study (mostly PRI) to address my asymmetries. RevivTwo is a great little appliance that has been giving me very steady gains.
It's not going to change you if you don't know what your goals should be, that is a more symmetrical, healthier, biomechanically sturdier body. You can for sure use this device wrong by locking into a bite that's comfortable yet chronically damaging to you -- your old bite essentially.
So it has already begun straightening my front 2 teeth. It has also shifted my lower jaw more to the right, although I'm less symmetrical when aligning teeth, overall I'm more symmetrical everywhere else. Have been wearing it anywhere between 4 to 12 hours a day, every day.
Doesn't smell as bad as the Starecta with regular use. Well constructed. Pretty comfortable when you get used to it. It doesn't have weird manufacturing edges and defects that irritate the mouth.
I just don’t feel comfortable using this. The fact that my back teeth don’t touch after wearing it for a few hours is scary. I have never had braces and I have perfectly straight teeth wand am a nasal breather (I just struggle with clenching, no grinding). I feel like wearing this could make my mouth worse not better. Plus it is a very intense sensation and it makes the roof of my mouth raw. I thought it would be good conceptually but in reality I feel like it’s too much of a gamble with mouth.
My teeth seem to change every day. Previously, they seemed to all lean towards one side of my mouth. They feel like they are shifting back where they belong. My sleep has improved. And best of all my neck and back pain is hardly noticeable. I feel straightened out all over. The mouthguard has gotten more comfortable and it feels quite natural. I do not grind or snore.
Having no idea which Reviv would work best for me, I started with R1 and then ordered R2 and R3 a few months later. Because they are so different, I had no idea which one would be more comfortable for me, but ultimately R3 works best for me. I still sleep using R1 for now because of its flexibility and am trying to wear R3 during the day whenever possible.
Love the design, just not very durable, found widen teeth gap during wear.
The plastic is way too hard! My son has a myo brace i thought it would be a similar product but its just too ridged.
Don't no which results will come but the mouthgard is very comfortable, even when sleeping. Support from Revive is great. So far so very good!
This night guard is life changing! Prefer the R2 to the R3 and I am a big grinder. Also paired the guard with toe spacer socks to sleep which has helped relax my jaw and reducing the night time clenching/grinding.
Also has straighten my bottom teeth in about 2 months! Cannot recommend enough!
I’m surprised how it fit perfectly and the material was great unfortunately I haven’t tried it tonight but it felt so comfortable and relaxing. I hope it gives me a good sleep. I wish I wouldn’t have pushed the stars already so I could’ve put a review on what it was like waking up tomorrow, but I was very satisfied in the material and how it fit. But I have a small mouth medium is very small for my very small mouth!! I measured only half of what the guy did in the video and I was surprised how small this was. I was just happy. It was perfect for me. I would like to write another review to see how it goes on how it stays, but I can’t do that. It’s too late now, but you must go up larger that I will tell you.!!!!!!!*****
I've lost 3 teeth to bruxism, grinding and stress in the last 9 years mostly molars despite using tailor made guards. I was on the way to lose more until this. I feel it has realigned things and repositioned my bite to slow the self attacks. I wish it was a bit thinner and easier to wear however as it feels large and clumpy in the mouth and sometimes pops out but otherwise great. Thank you!
Neck, jaw, and shoulder popping—silenced!
I'm amazed at how well this works. I wasn't expecting much except to not grind at night. I've always had straight top teeth, but have dealt with crooked lower teeth my entire life. I didn't expect to see any straightening for months, but in less than 60 days I feel there is definitely a difference in my bite. I definitely recommend it!
Really hard to wear because it’s so big that I cannot close my mouth at night. Gives me a dry mouth. Nikki the silicone material and breathing holes though. Also too much saliva builds up in my mouth.
The 'so big I can't close my mouth' feeling is often the vertical height the guard adds before your soft tissue has stretched to accommodate it — it eases as you adjust.
The key is to ease in rather than go straight to full nights: start with short intervals during the day and build up gradually. Closing around it gets easier as the tissue stretches.
Mouth taping at night is the most useful lever here — it keeps your lips sealed, which tackles both the dry mouth (from your mouth staying open) and the saliva pooling, and it helps hold the guard in place too. The extra saliva is also common early on and settles as your mouth adjusts.

Terrible for grinding, uncomfortable to sleep with in, mine fell apart not long after purchase
Hi,
Sorry to hear it — that's a frustrating experience
Note that the R2 comes with a 1-year replacement so you can write to support if you want to take advantage of that.
On the comfort side, easing in gradually — shorter intervals during the day before building up to nights — usually makes a big difference there too.
It’s fine. I know It works because my jaw and teeth hurt after using it but I find the tip that sits on the roof of your mouth a bit useless. I have been mewing for years so I don’t need It( I know It’s for reminding to keep your tongue there If not then sorry for the mistake) and It just bothers me and it just hurts and dries my roof. Other than that it’s pretty rough on the gums as well sometimes but I need to wear It longer to confirm actual results.
It’s extremely painful
Hi Holly,
we're sorry to hear about your discomfort. This process often does include some level of pain for some folks at the beginning.
But it can usually be mitigated to a large extent by just going slower and taking more breaks.
We recommend shorter intervals during the day (even 15-30 minutes) rather than overnight, and build up very gradually. The process is built around sustained use over months and years, so there's no rush.

Didn't use straight away as was uncomfortable. But now used to it it feels great.
Love, am really feeling a difference with jaw tension almost completely gone. Can't sleep without it now
I really am amazed by this appliance. I have tried so many night guards and they never stayed in through the night. This one is a game changer. Not only does it stay in but my sleep quality has completely gotten better. I really didn’t know I had a sleep issue. I bought it for grinding and the benefits just keep unfolding. I am a very satisfied customer and I’ll never give up this product. Thank you so much!

How should I start Reviv? Is there anything to be aware of?
Yes there are a few things to know going in.
On wearing it: The standard pattern is overnight + 2-3 hours during the day. Build up gradually with shorter intervals during the day first rather than going straight to overnights — that helps the soft tissue adjust. Most folks find the early phase is the hardest part and it gets significantly easier after a few weeks usually.
On early discomfort: Pretty common in the first few weeks. Sore teeth, achy gums, occasional small sores in the mouth, the lips not closing fully, extra saliva — all signs the soft tissue is stretching, not signs something is wrong. Take it at your own pace. If the soreness gets sharp, take a short break — a few hours or even a day or two off is fine. Stick with it but don't push through pain.
On accelerating results: What matters most is consistent use and then stretching to accelerate. The Fast Method in our Skool community has some stretches we recommend, including the Bite & Hold exercise that works alongside the mouthguard: https://www.skool.com/reviv-2885/classroom/8ca49f79?md=90728adac0e5463680dc40a43e294104
On mouth taping: A lot of folks tape at night to keep the mouth closed and help with guard retention while the tissue is still adjusting. Pairs well with the Reviv.

Why does this work?
Think of the soft tissue (e.g., fascia & skin) covering the bones of the skull as a balloon. When you grind your teeth down, it is as if you're taking air out of the balloon.
When this balloon deflates, it crushes the skull, which in turn crushes the brain and causes cognitive and neurological issues over time.
In general, we as a society like to call this process 'aging.' But if you grind down your teeth faster, you 'age' faster. The good part is you can reverse the process by using the same physics in reverse, i.e., you 'add' height back to the teeth.
How many people have done this process?
Over 20,000 people have started using the appliance and this method since late 2024.
How does sizing work?
Note that there is a 'Size Chart' above that you should refer to for measurements of our appliances.
- The R2 large is the same width as the R1 large but is a bit longer. So if you were comfortable with the R1 large we recommend you get the R2 large size.
- The R2 medium is a bit larger than the R1 small and so is good for adults with a smaller sized mouth.
- The R2 does not currently come in a small size.
