7. Regulatory Disclaimer
Reviv's appliances are registered with the FDA as a Class I device. Class I devices are generally exempt from FDA premarket clearance (510(k)) requirements under FDA regulations. FDA registration and device listing do not constitute FDA approval, clearance, or endorsement of the product, and do not indicate that the FDA has evaluated the safety or effectiveness of the device. The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and should be considered a general wellness product only.

8. Promotional Codes and Discounts
From time to time, Reviv may offer discount codes, promotional pricing, or size-change discounts ("Promotional Offers") subject to specific eligibility criteria, which may include but are not limited to prior purchase history, account status, subscription tier, or express invitation by Reviv.
By applying any Promotional Offer to your order, you represent that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements. Reviv reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time, before or after an order is placed or fulfilled.
If Reviv determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Promotional Offer was applied improperly, in error, without authorization, or in violation of the offer's stated terms, Reviv reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions:
(a) rebill or charge the customer the difference between the discounted price and the correct price;
(b) cancel or reverse the applicable order or discount;
(c) suspend, modify, or terminate the customer's service or subscription, including prior to the end of any prepaid or committed term; and/or
(d) refuse future orders or promotional eligibility.
Reviv will provide notice of any such action taken under this section, but is not obligated to provide advance notice or a cure period, particularly in cases involving suspected fraud or intentional misuse. Reviv's decision not to enforce this section in one instance does not waive its right to do so in others.
