The Problem

People today are having more physical and mental health issues than ever before

Postural issues
Depression and Anxiety
Chronic fatigue and poor energy
ADHD, OCD, etc.
Obesity

The traditional ways of fighting these things is falling way short

Pharmaceuticals
Diet / Eating healthy
Exercise
Medical procedures

We at Reviv believe that there might be a structural root cause

There is essentially a set of physics that hold the body up and teeth play a critical role in this
Because of these physics the skull can essentially collapse inwards due to changes in the teeth
The health of the skull is reflected by the quality of the curve of spee (how the upper and lower teeth come together)
Orthodontics, extractions and grinding result in the flattening of this curve of spee

We believe the skull can be inflated like a ball

Deflating is what we believe causes aging, asymetry and is at the root cause of most disease

Inflating reverses all of those things and can be achieved with the help of a mouthguard

As the skull 'inflates' the curve of spee improves

The Solution

A simple mouthguard addresses this structural collapse at its root cause

The mouthguard acts like a doorstop that prevents the jaw from closing
This stretches the soft tissue in the mouth and covering the skull
When the soft tissue stretches the skull inflates and the skeleton untwists

The teeth correct as a function of the skull correcting

The cranial bones move outwards into better symmetry, the jaw moves to where it should be
The teeth are connected to the bones & jaw, and so they 'go for the ride' and straighten as a result
The body will function better and be stronger and more flexible as a result
  • Root cause of almost all disease

Is disease a function of biomechanical collapse?

  • Root cause of aging

If we don't collapse, maybe we don't die?

  • Root cause of beauty

Can we look like a model if we take this to the end?

So far, so good. Easy to wear at night. Need another 4 months to really see the difference.

I got tIe RevivOne based on my daughter's ongoing experience and all of Ken's Reviv emails. I know I passed on to my daughter a smaller mouth, and I'm older and have a chance to reverse the idea of skull deflation. So, based off less than 2 months of use, I can feel my mouth (and skin around my mouth) expanding, and it feels good to wear. I'm excited to see where I'll be in another 4 months or so.

Sleep Improvement

Has improved my breathing at night, no
snoring and clearer nose, sleep pattern therefore also improved. Can be a little uncomfortable at times

It's great but it won't last in my mouth.

I like the way it is so squishy and flexible. I found it to be a little short in the back. I assumed it was a medium size, but maybe I mis ordered. Within two weeks I had bit through it in the front where my central incisors chomped through. Since I believed it to be a medium I ordered a large R3, which I am finding a bit too large and it hits the back of my mouth at times.

I have worn the Reviv at night for over 1 year

It was my 2nd purchase of the RevivOne: I have worn the Reviv at night for over 1 year. My crooked teeth have straightened a bit and I have had no dental issues through all this time. I have found that I can do some very hard labor and my muscles ache at bedtime, but by the next morning there is no trace of strain or stress. At nearly 70, I am hoping these good results continue!

First couple of nights were uncomfortable as expected but after the first hour it feels fine, overall it’s very good for the price and the quality.

Jaw pain gone

I‘ve been using it for almost 2 months now. Mainly at night. My jaw pain and cracking sounds are all gone. Jaw feels free and amazing. R1 is very hard on the gums. So I cut it for better fit. Which worked. The material is slowly showing some damage now. It‘s not very long lasting. I am trying R3 now.

Too bulky

Too bulky. I really wish you would make a flat mouthguard with a lower profile, less bulky. I understand there may be less benefit but I will never be able to wear this to sleep so there is no benefit. I don't understand why there can't be a simple, slim, comfortable, flat mouthguard that's easy to close your mouth and sleep with. It could be a starting point to work up to something that gives more of a stretch.

Thank you for your fair feedback.

The R1 is the lowest-profile guard we make, but you're right that it's still bulky for some folks. The vertical height is intentional and part of the mechanism — it's what creates the soft tissue stretch and starts the bite remodeling.

Did you try shorter intervals during the day to start? As that is the way to work your way up to sleeping with it later on.

That said, for a low-profile starting point, Plackers Grind No More is the closest thing on the market — flat, slim, easy to sleep with. We list them as a useful tool for daytime bite-unlocking and for gum-sensitive folks.

Worth trying if the R1 is genuinely unsleep-with-able for you: https://plackers.com/products/plackers-grind-no-more-night-guard

I'm glad I bought the R1

I'm glad I bought the R1. I don't wear it as often as I'd like to but when I wear it my jaw and mouth feel different. The guard fits and a couple of things have changed. I had a nagging tightness and pain in my jaw on the left side, that's gone. My lower molars were not fitting together after I had work done on the opposite side. Now no achy teeth. I don't know how an off the shelf mouth guard could be such an instant help but I'm impressed.

Great product

Great product, enjoying using it!

m
m.m.

I bought this to support nasal breathing and jaw position. I noticed the material of the mouthguard is really flimsy but i slept with it anyway. I kept waking up to it falling out at one point I never put it back in bc my snoring was so bad. I shiuld have known by the AI photos lol its not worth it get a cheaper one on amazon for grinding.

Sorry it didn't work out the way you'd hoped.

The falling out is actually really common early on — it's not a quality issue, it's that the soft tissue hasn't stretched enough yet to hold the guard in place. Building up during the day in shorter intervals and using a bit of mouth tape at night usually sorts it within a week or two.

The catch is that if it's not staying in, it isn't in long enough to do much for the breathing or snoring.

On snoring specifically, it's not a quick fix either way — it tends to help over the longer term rather than the first few nights, with mouth taping being the main lever.

The only reason I am giving this a 4 is because it is too large for my mouth

The only reason I am giving this a 4 is because it is too large for my mouth. I wish my lips would touch. I am a nose breather but I clench and I feel my mouth is open too much. I wish you made a smaller one

I like this product and am committed to using it

I like this product and am committed to using it. I had to cut a little bit off because of my gums, but otherwise it is fairly comfort able. I know it is doing it's job because it is changing my tissue, although it reverses during the day. I think eventually it will be more permanent change. I think my body is responding as my back feels better than usual.

Botox was recommended for my teeth grinding

Botox was recommended for my teeth grinding because I failed all the mouth guards made by my dentist by grinding through them. I figured I would try revivone before spending thousands on Botox and not only did it stop the grinding it released my horrible right shoulder pain.

Significant pain reduction andimproved sleep

Absolutely blown away by the difference the R1 made for me!! It took a while to adjust so I only wore it in small increments at first but when I was able to keep it in for several hours a day I immediately noticed a significant reduction in chronic myofascial pain I’d been suffering with for many years! So grateful for these mouthguards!!

Reviv 1 isn't my favorite

I've been mostly using my R3 and R2 at night and it feels good to alternate which. Both of these are a good fit. The R1 more or less fits too but it is a bigger things which fills my mouth more and that takes more getting used to. But so, to answer this call to review I wore it last night and it was ok. The material is soft and comfortable and I did find I got used to it so I will rotate it in with the other ones a couple nights a week. There is nothing about it that bothers my teeth or gums other than the same feeling in my bottom teeth after having it in for hours. It just takes up a lot more space in my mouth than the other two.

Frequently Asked Questions

How should I start Reviv? Is there anything to be aware of?

Yes there are a few things to know going in.

On wearing it: The standard pattern is overnight + 2-3 hours during the day. Build up gradually with shorter intervals during the day first rather than going straight to overnights — that helps the soft tissue adjust. Most folks find the early phase is the hardest part and it gets significantly easier after a few weeks usually.

On early discomfort: Pretty common in the first few weeks. Sore teeth, achy gums, occasional small sores in the mouth, the lips not closing fully, extra saliva — all signs the soft tissue is stretching, not signs something is wrong. Take it at your own pace. If the soreness gets sharp, take a short break — a few hours or even a day or two off is fine. Stick with it but don't push through pain.

On accelerating results: What matters most is consistent use and then stretching to accelerate. The Fast Method in our Skool community has some stretches we recommend, including the Bite & Hold exercise that works alongside the mouthguard: https://www.skool.com/reviv-2885/classroom/8ca49f79?md=90728adac0e5463680dc40a43e294104

On mouth taping: A lot of folks tape at night to keep the mouth closed and help with guard retention while the tissue is still adjusting. Pairs well with the Reviv.

Why does this work?

Think of the soft tissue (e.g., fascia & skin) covering the bones of the skull as a balloon. When you grind your teeth down, it is as if you're taking air out of the balloon.

When this balloon deflates, it crushes the skull, which in turn crushes the brain and causes cognitive and neurological issues over time.

In general, we as a society like to call this process 'aging.' But if you grind down your teeth faster, you 'age' faster. The good part is you can reverse the process by using the same physics in reverse, i.e., you 'add' height back to the teeth.

How many people have done this process?

Over 20,000 people have started using the appliance and this method since late 2024.

How does sizing work?

Note that there is a 'Size Chart' above that you should refer to for measurements of our appliances.
We generally recommend adults to get a large as our large is not that large and our small is pretty small.

- The small can be used for children from about age 8 and up.
- Most adults with a smaller mouth will be fine with a small or a large, but will generally get a bit more of a stretch with our large.

What is support?

When you purchase the 1-year support package you get access to:

  • Our highly engaged Skool community of 3000+ members that are doing this process
  • Classroom of 60+ videos explaining how this works
  • A journal to track your progress, which Ken tracks and comments on a weekly basis on
  • Ability to DM Ken with your questions
