"My jawline from this to this. My teeth from this to this." Leo did it with an $80 night guard.
The starting point. Crowded upper teeth, a narrow arch, and a jaw he didn't feel confident in. Everything he read said the same thing: you can't change your face naturally, and only expensive palate expanders work.
The switch. The R3. Flat silicone, direct fit, ready out of the box. It has holes in the guard so you can still breathe while you rest with it.
What changed. "I mean, you can literally see the transformation it did for me." His jawline, his teeth, and how he holds his mouth at rest. His experience, not a promise.
Why he talks about it. "Helps with TMJ, mouth breathing, even fixes your mouth posture. That way you look better and feel more confident."

Three things everyone told him
The lines from his clips, and what he found instead. His experience, not a promise.
- They said
"You can't fix a face with natural methods."
He wears the R3 every night and points to his own jawline: "from this to this."
- They said
"Only palate expanders work."
His clips show his upper arch before and after. He used an $80 night guard, not an expander.
- They said
"You'll never be confident in your jaw."
"That way you look better and feel more confident."
The R3, the guard Leo wears every night

Overnight, plus a few daytime hours if you want to move faster. No routine to learn.

How did the R3 help Leo?
The changes he comes back to in every clip. His experience, not a promise.
A jawline he can see
The change he points to first. "It turns my jawline from this to this."
His teeth and mouth posture
"And my teeth from this to this." He also credits it with fixing how he holds his mouth at rest.
Easier nights
The holes in the guard let him breathe while he rests with it. He says it helps with TMJ and mouth breathing.
Three steps. All of them easy.
Take it out of the box and wash it
Wear it to sleep and 2–3 hours during the day
Wash it and let it dry
Confused about size? Measure your width.
One measurement decides it: the width across your back molars.

Width · molar to molar
| Size | Width, molar to molar |
|---|---|
| Medium | 50 to 62 mm |
| Large | 63 to 72.4 mm |
| XL | 72.5 mm or more |
Tips: use a crisp, firm apple, make sure your teeth are clean and dry, press down evenly, and measure carefully in millimetres. No apple? Cut a piece of cardboard to the shape of your upper arch, or measure the width of a current retainer.
Need help on how to measure?
Watch how to measure your palate size with the simple bite-and-bread method:
Consistency is the whole game
- Weeks 1-2: the adjustment phase. A little soreness or extra saliva is normal, your soft tissue is adapting, not a sign anything's wrong.
- Build up gradually: shorter daytime sessions first, then overnights. Ease off for a bit if it ever gets sharp.
- Over the months: the changes Leo talks about, in his jawline, his teeth and his mouth posture, came from wearing it every night, not from wearing it harder. What he describes is his own experience, not a promise.
What people say about the R3
Questions, answered
How should I start? ›
Wearing it: the standard pattern is overnight plus 2 to 3 hours during the day. Build up gradually with shorter daytime intervals first. The early phase is the hardest and gets much easier after a few weeks.
Early discomfort: sore teeth, achy gums and extra saliva in the first weeks are the soft tissue adjusting, not a problem. Take breaks if it gets sharp, don't push through pain.
Faster results: consistency first, then simple stretches like Bite and Hold alongside the guard.
How does sizing work? ›
Width matters most. Measure the outer edges of your upper molars at their widest point, shown in this size guide.
Medium fits a width of 50 to 62 mm, Large fits 63 to 72.4 mm, and XL is for 72.5 mm or more.
Why does it work? ›
Think of the soft tissue over the skull like a balloon. Grinding your teeth down deflates it over time, what we tend to call "aging." Adding height back with gentle, consistent pressure runs the same physics in reverse.
How many people have done this? ›
Over 30,000 people have started using Reviv appliances and this method.
What is it made of, and what's included? ›
