The Mouthguard Built Different
Your jaw is throwing off everything below it — and it's costing you performance.
When your jaw sits out of position, your whole skeleton compensates for it. You lose the symmetry your body relies on to move efficiently, you burn energy clenching instead of competing, and you hit a ceiling that no amount of training or supplements will break through.
-
01Clenching under pressure burns energy you need late in the game
-
02A misaligned jaw wrecks the symmetry your whole body depends on to move well
-
03A restricted airway means less oxygen exactly when you need it most
-
04Grinding wears down your teeth and speeds up the fatigue that follows
One simple spacing shift unlocks everything.
The RS1 creates spacing between your upper and lower jaw, helping promote a more relaxed jaw position and natural oral posture. This subtle shift can support better breathing, improved comfort, and more efficient movement. So you can perform, recover, and feel your best from the very first use.
Unlocking the bite
We like to say... "for the skeleton to change, the bite needs to be able to change." Which is why we believe it is important that you unlock how the upper and lower teeth come together when exercising.
Adding vertical height
Add height between the teeth creates a biomechanical 'stretch' on the rest of the body in our experience. And that works in your favor in terms of not getting fatigued or sore as easily.
Remodel the skeleton
What if you could use every athletic session to remodel the skeleton positively so that you are stronger and more flexible over time? That is the power of leveraging biomechanics in our view.
How to use your RS1
Four mechanisms working together — measured at the jaw, felt through the whole kinetic chain.
Do not mold
Just wash it off after you receive it.
Pop it in your mouth
The ledges should face down and sit inside the lower teeth. This helps keep it in place.
Use it while playing athletics
Clench lightly on it while active. Take it out when speaking.
Wash it after use
Wash with warm water and soap. Leave to dry in a dry place.
