The Problem
People today are having more physical and mental health issues than ever before
The traditional ways of fighting these things is falling way short
We at Reviv believe that there might be a structural root cause
We believe the skull can be inflated like a ball
Deflating is what we believe causes aging, asymetry and is at the root cause of most disease
Inflating reverses all of those things and can be achieved with the help of a mouthguard
As the skull 'inflates' the curve of spee improves
The Solution
A simple mouthguard addresses this structural collapse at its root cause
The teeth correct as a function of the skull correcting
Reviv makes three big hypotheses about the future of biomechanics:
Root cause of almost all disease
Is disease a function of biomechanical collapse?
Root cause of aging
If we don't collapse, maybe we don't die?
Root cause of beauty
Can we look like a model if we take this to the end?
What should I expect from doing Reviv?
- Likely some initial discomfort in the teeth and gums
- May take a few nights to get used to sleeping with it
- The mouthguard is starting to get more comfortable
- You might notice some differences in how your teeth fit together
- Many users find their jaw feels less tense in the mornings
- You may notice you're waking up without the tight, clenched feeling
- You will likely function better (concentration, ability to handle complexity, etc)
- There's a good chance you have more energy and stamina than in years
- You probably will look better than you have in years
- The mouthguard alone has plateaud but you're doing the 'fast method' stretches that are recommended in the community
- Things just keep improving functionally and aesthetically
- It seems almost difficult to get sick and you seem to be in a good mood naturally most of the time
- You're playing for the 'end'
- Does this process really go as far as this crazy guy, Ken, thinks it does?

Only using it at night and was consistent with it.
I ordered a medium size but it kept coming out. I contacted the CS team and they sorted it out for me quickly! Thank you!
I had wisdom teeth extraction months before I started reviv3. Now a couple months in I noticed my face and smile look more symmetrical.
Got it for TMJ issue and I’d say the results are still intermittent maybe it’s gonna take more time. Some headaches in the first couple weeks then it resolves itself after.
Look forward to using it longer and seeing more benefits
I’ve been using the RevivThree mouth guard for a couple of months now, and I’m very happy with it. The fit is comfortable, it stays in place throughout the night, and it has done a great job protecting my teeth from clenching and grinding.
I used to wake up with sore teeth and jaw tension, and while I still have some TMJ-related issues, this mouth guard has definitely helped reduce the wear on my teeth and given me peace of mind while sleeping. It’s durable, easy to clean, and much more comfortable than I expected.
I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality night guard to help protect their teeth from grinding and clenching. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I absolutely love my reviv 3 - it’s made my smile broader and straight.
I had done an Invisalign treatment and teeth moved to original position. I would have to pay $5500 for another treatment but Reviv 3 is way cheaper.
It’s an amazing investment.
I also take a pinch of xylitol before bed it help teeth stay hydrated overnight.
Great results so far. Have been using under 2 months. Have noticed results in jaw and teeth. Took a bit to get used to in the beginning but was able to sleep with it in from wearing it for a few hours during the day. Definitely preferred this mouthguard to the R1.
I enjoy wearing this for what it does to my jaw tension, however, the holes in the bottom and top unfortunately suction to my lips as I sleep and create painful welts if I wear this more than 3 or so days in a row.
Amazing 👏 I knew it would work after the first night of use it's been a few months and I can't sleep without myR3. It's very comfortable and actually feels good to wear . I will be a life long customer.
So, I bought two pairs of these, as my boyfriend and I have been using the R2's since July last year. We were worried about the stiffness of the material and what looked like less support on the inside behind the teeth BUT- this one is by far the best. The material makes it easier to spread the teeth and the support is just right around the inside and outer gums. The R2 gave me some recession on one tooth, that the R3 does not. We have both seen a lot more movement with this one. I saw other reviews about the hardness being a detractor but after having worn this for more than 3 months and trying out my old R2 again, it doesn't even feel the same.
After starting my oral journey in July, I can take deeper breaths through my nose, my teeth stay cleaner, and it is significantly easier to brush. When I tell you I could not jog or run without eventually breathing through my mouth because the gulps of air I was getting through my nose was not enough. I can run using just my nose for much longer and have noticed less swelling in my outer jaw/mandibular joint. I had braces before, but it did not fix width, breathing, or alignment. Over the last 9 months, my face looks slimmer, my teeth are wider, and I can freaking breathe!

I went from the large r2 to the xl r3 and its sooo much more comfortable. I cut off the tabs that rest on the back molars because the mouthpiece was too long. The width stretched out my pallet within a few daysto allow it to comfortably fit. I had to fully mouthwatering with the lg r2 to keep from drooling too much and dont have to with the xlr3 even though its substantially wider although I still prefer mouthtaping. My beginning pictures from October until now (February) are unreal! Highly recommended to everyone!
Much improved thickness- R3’s thickness makes it feel much more effective. However, the thickness is everywhere, which is better for applying force to the teeth and face, but makes the mouthguard material harder and less flexible, and harder to nose breathe.
The lower height in front makes it much more comfortable than the R2 on the gums. The R3 tongue retainer is less intrusive and retains less saliva but I prefer the feel of it on the R2.
R2 continuously gets wider in the rear, and the tongue retainer tapers earlier, to provide more space for the back of the tongue. R3 has more of a U shape that feels more narrow toward the rear of the mouth.
XL is too long for me (6’2” 215 lbs 60cm head circumference) but I like the added width. R2 Large feels a little small, and the R3 XL didn’t fit in my mouth until I cut it. I don’t recommend cutting it as it will be sharper and less comfortable than if it was in its original shape. It’s significantly bigger than the Large.
I hope future models take some of the R2 design, no holes, better tongue retainer and taper, thinner in the front. Combined with the R3’s thickness between teeth & lower gum line. Hope to see more size options and perhaps a fitting system/guide in the future. Awesome product 👍
I Recently got it, I haven’t tried it on yet but it looks great and i will be wearing it during the day tomorrow. Because I’m letting it air out, I will post an update after wearing it so far i’m very pleased with it. Here below are pictures of the Top of the mouth guard, the front, the Side and the bottom.
Well made, affordable, great customer service & support.
still trying to get used to the thickness. when I take it out (and I can't keep it in for long) my bite seems off for a while
I’ve been using the reviv 3 for about four months and I do notice a difference with my smile getting wider and also my jaw does not feel as tense when I wake up in the morning, so I am very happy, hoping it continues to improve my palette
I've only worn the Reviv 3 for about a month but I am very pleased with my experience. By the end of 2 weeks, my posture was improved and I could think more clearly.
No jaw pain at all, I noticed better body posture. :)
I‘ve also tried the R1 on my 9 year old son, together with tongue streching his teeth started straigtening after 2 months.
Great product!
Great product!
Easy to mold and fits perfectly. Wish I didnt spend so much money on bite guards from the dentist!!
The wave is here and I’m here to ride it!
Since wearing the mouthguard I have lived almost every testimony Ken mentions from higher energy levels to even being treated better by my parents especially my mom who was mostly abusive all of a sudden we’re getting along just fine, singing, dancing, telling jokes, even having conversations. Its like something clicked and now I’m not as awkward or shy as I used to be, I’m sticking around for endgame. It feels good catching a movement like this at the early stages of its development before everyone knows, the advantage knowing the secret to biomechanics is really the ultimate game changer. Thank you for this amazing product and all the content!
I began wearing my R3 about a month ago now, and many changes were apparent right away. Most importantly, my bite no longer felt off, and my entire face/jaw feels so much more relaxed. Some years back, an area under my eye socket had sunk in a little. I am nearly 65, so a little of that is expected. What I didn't count on was R3 to help with that little dip. To say I'm really happy would be an understatement. I have just purchased their new day retainer and can't wait to get my husband, who has missing teeth, to try it out.
Cant get the awful chemical/plastic taste out of it. Not a comfortable fit for the lips
I had the Riviv 2 prior. I jad a hard time getting used to the Reviv 3. It was so hard and uncomfortable in my mouth. I didnt feel the allignement i felt with Riviv 2 at the start. It felt like a downgrade. Now that i used it for 2 months it is kind of better that the Reviv 2. however i dont like it that u can mouthbreathe with it.
It’s good definitely helps with jaw tension but I find it kinda hurts my teeth even after 2 months of use and everytime I wake up it takes a while for my teeth position to go back to normal, so I don’t know if I got a size too small or something? But definitely helps with my jaw
Excellent structural device - highly recommend

How should I start Reviv? Is there anything to be aware of?
Yes there are a few things to know going in.
On wearing it: The standard pattern is overnight + 2-3 hours during the day. Build up gradually with shorter intervals during the day first rather than going straight to overnights — that helps the soft tissue adjust. Most folks find the early phase is the hardest part and it gets significantly easier after a few weeks usually.
On early discomfort: Pretty common in the first few weeks. Sore teeth, achy gums, occasional small sores in the mouth, the lips not closing fully, extra saliva — all signs the soft tissue is stretching, not signs something is wrong. Take it at your own pace. If the soreness gets sharp, take a short break — a few hours or even a day or two off is fine. Stick with it but don't push through pain.
On accelerating results: What matters most is consistent use and then stretching to accelerate. The Fast Method in our Skool community has some stretches we recommend, including the Bite & Hold exercise that works alongside the mouthguard: https://www.skool.com/reviv-2885/classroom/8ca49f79?md=90728adac0e5463680dc40a43e294104
On mouth taping: A lot of folks tape at night to keep the mouth closed and help with guard retention while the tissue is still adjusting. Pairs well with the Reviv.

Why does this work?
Think of the soft tissue (e.g., fascia & skin) covering the bones of the skull as a balloon. When you grind your teeth down, it is as if you're taking air out of the balloon.
When this balloon deflates, it crushes the skull, which in turn crushes the brain and causes cognitive and neurological issues over time.
In general, we as a society like to call this process 'aging.' But if you grind down your teeth faster, you 'age' faster. The good part is you can reverse the process by using the same physics in reverse, i.e., you 'add' height back to the teeth.
How many people have done this process?
Over 20,000 people have started using the appliance and this method since late 2024.
How does sizing work?
Generally the width is the most important criteria and we recommend measuring the width of the outer edges of your upper molars at their widest point as we show in this size guide: https://www.loom.com/share/e3b870cc3438409b883471f4de0d6e1b
