The R3 behind Juan's facial structure work.
Juan wears the Reviv R3 at night and a few hours a day. It's the flat-plane guard behind the jaw-tension and facial-structure work he talks about in his clips.

Three reasons it stays in
Cheekbones & facial structure
Supporting jaw alignment and easing facial tension is the structure work Juan talks about in his clips.
Jaw tension & TMJ
A flat-plane guard that helps relax an overworked masseter and clenched jaw while you sleep.
Posture & breathing
Jaw and tongue posture connect to how you hold your head, breathe, and sit through the day.
The R3, the flat-plane guard behind it
Worn while you sleep
Overnight, plus a few daytime hours if you want to move faster. No routine to learn.
Gentle, steady pressure
The flat-plane design supports the jaw without locking your bite, so it can settle where it should.
Ready out of the case
Premium soft silicone, food-grade tested. No boiling, no moulding. Backed by a 1-year warranty.
Three steps. All of them easy.
Take it out of the box and wash it

Confused about size? Measure your width.
One measurement decides it: the width across your back molars.

Width · molar to molar
| Size | Width, molar to molar |
|---|---|
| Medium | 50 mm or less |
| Large | 51 to 56 mm |
| XL | 57 mm or more |
Tips: use a crisp, firm apple, make sure your teeth are clean and dry, press down evenly, and measure carefully in millimetres. No apple? Cut a piece of cardboard to the shape of your upper arch, or measure the width of a current retainer.
Consistency is the whole game
- Weeks 1-2: the adjustment phase. A little soreness or extra saliva is normal, your soft tissue is adapting, not a sign anything's wrong.
- Build up gradually: shorter daytime sessions first, then overnights. Ease off for a bit if it ever gets sharp.
- Over the months: the changes Juan talks about come from wearing it consistently, not from wearing it harder.
What people say about the R3
Questions, answered
How should I start? ›
Wearing it: the standard pattern is overnight plus 2 to 3 hours during the day. Build up gradually with shorter daytime intervals first. The early phase is the hardest and gets much easier after a few weeks.
Early discomfort: sore teeth, achy gums and extra saliva in the first weeks are the soft tissue adjusting, not a problem. Take breaks if it gets sharp, don't push through pain.
Faster results: consistency first, then simple stretches like Bite and Hold alongside the guard.
How does sizing work? ›
Width matters most. Measure the outer edges of your upper molars at their widest point, shown in this size guide video.
Medium (46mm) fits teens and smaller mouths, Large (53.6mm) fits most adults, and XL (59.6mm) is for larger mouths.
Why does it work? ›
Think of the soft tissue over the skull like a balloon. Grinding your teeth down deflates it over time, what we tend to call "aging." Adding height back with gentle, consistent pressure runs the same physics in reverse.
How many people have done this? ›
Over 30,000 people have started using Reviv appliances and this method.
What is it made of, and what's included? ›
