Every cream, every lotion, every miracle cure. This little piece of silicone is what finally changed her jawline.
The starting point. She's 45, has lost a lot of weight, and wanted her neck and jawline back. "Trust me, I have tried every cream, lotion, and miracle cure that exists."
What was going on at night. Headaches, a sore jaw, and mouth breathing. She didn't know she was grinding until her dentist showed her the wear, and she hadn't slept through the night since perimenopause started.
The switch. The R3. Soft flat silicone, direct fit straight out of the case. No boiling, no moulding, no impressions and no lab. "I almost didn't buy it because it seemed too good to be true."
What changed. No jaw pain by week two, a sharper jawline by week four, and full nights of sleep. "It's not perfect, because I'm 45, but there's a noticeable change without surgery." Her experience, not a promise.

What changed, and when
In the order she describes it across her clips. Her experience, not a promise.
- First nights
It felt weird
"The first few nights felt weird." That early discomfort is the soft tissue adjusting.
- Week 2
No more jaw pain
"By week two, I stopped waking up with jaw pain."
- Week 3
Her neck and jawline
"This is the first thing that has given me a noticeable difference in my neck and jawline after I've tried almost everything."
- Week 4
Sleeping through
"My jaw looked sharper, my teeth stopped hurting, and I was sleeping through the entire night."
- Two months
Part of the routine
"I've been wearing this for about two months, and I will never sleep without it."
The R3, the guard she won't sleep without
Worn while you sleep
Overnight, plus a few daytime hours if you want to move faster. No routine to learn.
Gentle, steady pressure
The flat-plane design supports the jaw without locking your bite, so it can settle where it should.
Ready out of the case
Premium soft silicone, food-grade tested. No boiling, no moulding, no impressions. Backed by a 1-year warranty.
How did the R3 help Amanda?
The changes she comes back to most. Her experience, not a promise.
A full night's sleep again
She was a mouth breather. The R3 stopped it, and she's sleeping through the night for the first time since perimenopause started. "If you want the best sleep of your life, you need this."
No more waking up in pain
The grinding stopped, so her jaw could relax. "You don't wake up in pain. You don't wake up with headaches."
A jawline she can see
A visible change in her neck and jawline after three weeks, and in how her teeth and jaw sit: "from this to this." She's 45 and has lost weight, so she calls it a noticeable change, not a perfect one. Her experience, not a promise.
Three steps. All of them easy.
Take it out of the box and wash it
Wear it to sleep and 2–3 hours during the day
Wash it and let it dry
Confused about size? Measure your width.
One measurement decides it: the width across your back molars.

Width · molar to molar
| Size | Width, molar to molar |
|---|---|
| Medium | 50 to 62 mm |
| Large | 63 to 72.4 mm |
| XL | 72.5 mm or more |
Tips: use a crisp, firm apple, make sure your teeth are clean and dry, press down evenly, and measure carefully in millimetres. No apple? Cut a piece of cardboard to the shape of your upper arch, or measure the width of a current retainer.
Need help on how to measure?
Watch how to measure your palate size with the simple bite-and-bread method:
Consistency is the whole game
- Weeks 1-2: the adjustment phase. A little soreness or extra saliva is normal, your soft tissue is adapting, not a sign anything's wrong.
- Build up gradually: shorter daytime sessions first, then overnights. Ease off for a bit if it ever gets sharp.
- Over the months: the changes Amanda talks about, no jaw pain, full nights of sleep and a sharper jawline, came from wearing it every night, not from wearing it harder. What she describes is her own experience, not a promise.
What people say about the R3
Questions, answered
How should I start? ›
Wearing it: the standard pattern is overnight plus 2 to 3 hours during the day. Build up gradually with shorter daytime intervals first. The early phase is the hardest and gets much easier after a few weeks.
Early discomfort: sore teeth, achy gums and extra saliva in the first weeks are the soft tissue adjusting, not a problem. Take breaks if it gets sharp, don't push through pain.
Faster results: consistency first, then simple stretches like Bite and Hold alongside the guard.
How does sizing work? ›
Width matters most. Measure the outer edges of your upper molars at their widest point, shown in this size guide.
Medium fits a width of 50 to 62 mm, Large fits 63 to 72.4 mm, and XL is for 72.5 mm or more.
Why does it work? ›
Think of the soft tissue over the skull like a balloon. Grinding your teeth down deflates it over time, what we tend to call "aging." Adding height back with gentle, consistent pressure runs the same physics in reverse.
How many people have done this? ›
Over 30,000 people have started using Reviv appliances and this method.
What is it made of, and what's included? ›
