Reviv is built on one idea: your body is a structure, and it collapses inward at both ends. The R3 realigns the top (your jaw) while you sleep; the toe spacers restore the base (your feet). Two ends of the same chain, bundled at a lower price.
- ✓ Ready out of the case, no boiling or molding
- ✓ Worn while you sleep, zero minutes added to your day
- ✓ Passed food-grade safety testing
- ✓ Includes a pair of soft silicone toe spacers
- ✓ Supports natural toe alignment and better foot posture
How it works?
- Wear the mouthguard every night. Short daytime sessions of 1-2 hours can also support consistent use.
- The flat-plane design provides stable vertical jaw support without locking the bite, allowing the jaw to rest more naturally during sleep.
- Your bundle also includes a pair of silicone toe spacers to realign your feet, worn 15 to 30 minutes a day.
- The toe spacers are reusable soft silicone, easy to clean after each use.
Shipping Information
- Shipping typically takes 7-10 days to most destinations including the US. More remote countries can take longer.
- Orders typically ship within 48 hours and you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Align your jaw and your feet
Your body works as one system. The R3 supports your jaw while you sleep, and the toe spacers restore natural alignment in your feet. Two simple tools, one bundle, at a lower price than buying them apart.
Reviv Three
- Firm silicone, worn while you sleep
- Ready out of the case, no boiling or molding
- Food-grade safety tested
Silicone Toe Spacers
- soft silicone, reusable
- Restore natural toe alignment and spacing
- Just 15 to 30 minutes a day
One structure, from your jaw to your feet
Reviv is built on a simple idea: your body is a physical structure, and modern life makes it collapse inward, at both ends. Fix the top and the base together and the whole chain has a better chance to hold itself up.
Your jaw & skull
- Orthodontics, extractions and soft food flatten the jaw over time
- The R3 acts like a doorstop so the skull can expand and untwist
- Worn at night, zero minutes added to your day
Your feet
- Tight, narrow shoes crowd your toes and collapse the base
- Toe spacers restore the natural splay your shoes squeeze out
- Just 15 to 30 minutes a day
Realign the top and the base together, and you are working with your body's structure instead of against it.
Give your feet the same care as your jaw
Reviv x Biomechaneer toe spacers gently separate your toes to relieve pressure, restore natural alignment, and improve foot posture, in just a few minutes a day.
Realign & relieve
- Reduces foot pain from tight shoes or long standing
- Supports natural toe alignment and spacing
- Promotes better foot posture and comfort
15 minutes a day
- Place gently between your toes
- Wear 15 to 30 minutes, build up over time
- Lightweight, durable, easy to clean
The Problem
People today are having more physical and mental health issues than ever before
- ✓ Postural issues
- ✓ Depression and anxiety
- ✓ Chronic fatigue and poor energy
- ✓ ADHD, OCD, etc.
- ✓ Obesity
The traditional ways of fighting these things are falling way short
- ✓ Pharmaceuticals
- ✓ Diet / eating healthy
- ✓ Exercise
- ✓ Medical procedures
We at Reviv believe that there might be a structural root cause
- ✓ There is essentially a set of physics that hold the body up, and teeth play a critical role in this
- ✓ Because of these physics, the skull can essentially collapse inwards due to changes in the teeth
- ✓ The health of the skull is reflected by the quality of the curve of spee (how the upper and lower teeth come together)
- ✓ Orthodontics, extractions and grinding result in the flattening of this curve of spee
We believe the skull can be inflated like a ball
- ✓ Deflating is what we believe causes aging, asymmetry, and is at the root cause of most disease
- ✓ Inflating reverses all of those things and can be achieved with the help of a mouthguard
- ✓ As the skull 'inflates', the curve of spee improves
The Solution
A simple mouthguard addresses this structural collapse at its root cause
- ✓ The mouthguard acts like a doorstop that prevents the jaw from closing
- ✓ This stretches the soft tissue in the mouth and covering the skull
- ✓ When the soft tissue stretches, the skull inflates and the skeleton untwists
The teeth correct as a function of the skull correcting
- ✓ The cranial bones move outwards into better symmetry, the jaw moves to where it should be
- ✓ The teeth are connected to the bones & jaw, and so they 'go for the ride' and straighten as a result
- ✓ The body will function better and be stronger and more flexible as a result
- ✓ The toe spacers apply the same logic from the ground up, restoring the natural splay of your toes so your foundation stops collapsing inward
Reviv makes three big hypotheses about the future of biomechanics
Is disease a function of biomechanical collapse?
If we don't collapse, maybe we don't die?
Can we look like a model if we take this to the end?
What should I expect from doing Reviv?
- Likely some initial discomfort in the teeth and gums
- May take a few nights to get used to sleeping with it
- The mouthguard is starting to get more comfortable
- You might notice some differences in how your teeth fit together
- Many users find their jaw feels less tense in the mornings
- You may notice you're waking up without the tight, clenched feeling
- You will likely function better (concentration, ability to handle complexity, etc)
- There's a good chance you have more energy and stamina than in years
- You probably will look better than you have in years
- The mouthguard alone has plateaued, but you're doing the 'fast method' stretches that we recommend
- Things just keep improving functionally and aesthetically
- It seems almost difficult to get sick, and you seem to be in a good mood naturally most of the time
- You're playing for the 'end'
- Does this process really go as far as this crazy guy, Ken, thinks it does?
Three steps. All of them easy.
Take it out of the box and wash it
Wear it to sleep and 2-3 hours during the day
Wash it and let it dry

Why pair a mouthguard with toe spacers? ›
Reviv sees the body as one structure. The R3 works on the top of it (your jaw and skull) while the toe spacers work on the base (your feet). Modern life collapses both ends, orthodontics and soft food up top, tight shoes down below, so working both at once supports your alignment from head to toe. That is why we bundle them, at a lower price than buying each alone.
How should I start Reviv? Is there anything to be aware of? ›
On wearing it: the standard pattern is overnight + 2-3 hours during the day. Build up gradually with shorter intervals during the day first rather than going straight to overnights , that helps the soft tissue adjust. Most folks find the early phase is the hardest part, and it gets significantly easier after a few weeks.
On early discomfort: pretty common in the first few weeks. Sore teeth, achy gums, occasional small sores in the mouth, the lips not closing fully, extra saliva, all signs the soft tissue is stretching, not signs something is wrong. Take it at your own pace, and if the soreness gets sharp, take a short break, a few hours or even a day or two off is fine. Stick with it, but don't push through pain.
On accelerating results: what matters most is consistent use, then stretching to accelerate. We recommend simple daily stretches like the Bite & Hold exercise that works alongside the mouthguard.
On mouth taping: a lot of folks tape at night to keep the mouth closed and help with guard retention while the tissue is still adjusting. Pairs well with the Reviv.
Why does this work? ›
Think of the soft tissue (fascia & skin) covering the bones of the skull as a balloon. When you grind your teeth down, it is as if you're taking air out of the balloon.
When this balloon deflates, it crushes the skull, which in turn crushes the brain and causes cognitive and neurological issues over time.
In general, we as a society like to call this process 'aging.' But if you grind down your teeth faster, you 'age' faster. The good part: you can reverse the process by using the same physics in reverse, you 'add' height back to the teeth.
How many people have done this process? ›
Over 30,000 people have started using Reviv appliances and this method.
How does sizing work? ›
Width is the most important criteria. We recommend measuring the width of the outer edges of your upper molars at their widest point, as shown in this size guide video.
Medium (46mm) fits teens and smaller mouths, Large (53.6mm) fits most adults, and XL (59.6mm) is for adults with larger mouths. The size chart in the gallery shows exact dimensions.
What are the toe spacers? ›
A pair of soft silicone toe separators (Reviv x Biomechaneer). They sit gently between your toes to relieve pressure, restore natural alignment, and improve foot posture. Wear them 15 to 30 minutes a day and gradually increase over time.
What is the appliance made out of? ›
Premium soft silicone.
What's included with my order? ›
Your bundle includes the Reviv R3 mouthguard (your chosen size and color, free shipping, 1-year replacement warranty) plus one pair of Reviv x Biomechaneer silicone toe spacers, together at a lower combined price.
