1. Measure Your Mouth Width:

Use a soft measuring tape or a ruler.

Open your mouth slightly and measure the distance between the outer edges of your molars (back teeth).
2. Measure Your Mouth Length:

Place the measuring tape from the front of your upper teeth to the back of your molars.
3. Compare with Our Mouthpiece Dimensions:

Small Size: 4.7 cm (Length) × 6.0 cm (Width) × 2.5 cm (Height) → Best for teens & small adult mouths.

1. How is R3 different from R1 and R2? Can I start with R3?

  • R3 is designed to be gentler on gums and to support better airflow, making it a popular starting choice for many customers. Yes, you can absolutely start with R3. Our appliances do not go in any particular order.

2. Do I need to buy R1 first, then R2, then R3?

  • No. Start with the appliance that matches your needs and comfort.
  • Our appliances are not meant to be used sequentially.

3. What is the guarantee / warranty?

  • R1 has no guarantee. Both R2 & R3 are guaranteed for one year with one free replacement. This replacement warranty is limited to one user per customer and doesn't cover repeat purchases of the same appliance.

4. I’m still unsure — what should I do?

  • Contact support at cs@getreviv.com with your goals (comfort, airflow, grinding, budget) and we’ll recommend the best option.

5. Who should NOT use Reviv appliances?
