The case of the 58 year old who looks like he is in his late 20's

Now onto the article…

Today a post popped up on X about Chuando Tan. You can check it out here: https://x.com/FitFounder/status/1813237395535384854

He of course does some exercise and tries to eat healthy, but outside of that he does nothing special. You can read about it on the X.com post above.

And he looks far far better and more natural than the 46 year old Bryan Johnson who feels the need to pump himself full of all kinds of supplements to ‘anti-age’.

I am not surprised at all that there are guys like Chuando out there

Basically what you are looking for is well extruded, natural teeth.

So to show you a bit my mindset i’ll explain how i think thru cases like his.

The first thing that goes to my mind is “he must have well extruded, natural teeth.”

Meaning if any of the following were true it would break my theory:

If he had crowding of his teeth

If he had done any kind of orthodontics (braces, invisalign, etc.)

If he had very short teeth

So I immediately google search and look for an image where is smiling. Voila! I found one.

yummy celeb bois

No crowding: Check

Well extruded teeth: Check

Looked like they are natural and no orthodontics: Check

You might be thinking to yourself… “but wait.. how do you know he didn’t do orthodontics?”

And my answer to that question is the naturalness of the smile. The vast majority of people who did either braces or invisalign will have an unnatural looking smile, almost like its forced.

Why? Because their cranial bones will be a bit out of place… otherwise they would not have needed the ortho in the first place.

I’ve done this type of exercise hundreds of times with various people over the past decade.

Because I am always looking for exceptions to my rules. And I never find them. Ever.

Now for Chuando’s secret that he is not telling anyone

I bet Chuando is wearing some kind of nightguard to sleep. It might be a hard one (prescribed by his dentist) or perhaps a rubber one like a Reviv One.

But in order to maintain such small levels of wear and tear on your teeth that you look this great at 58… you pretty much have to be wearing some type of nightguard.

Otherwise he would have aged like all of the other extremely well structured 58-year olds (eg. ex-models, etc.). And while he would still look great.. he wouldn’t look this great.

If it were not for wearing the guard.

For example here is the 58-year old model, Marcus Schenkenberg. He looked as good as Chuando when he was younger. Now he is nowhere close.

Poor Marcus forgot to wear his guard… hahahaha

Note that Bryan Johnson also revealed in this X.com post (link) some months back that he wears a Reviv One-like guard to sleep everynight for sometime now.

Why I think there will be millions like Chuando in ~50 years

So once these biomechanics are well understood in society I think you will find that people will begin to wear a Reviv One-like appliance by default.

Literally everyone will do it.

It will become like any other no brainer thing you do like brushing your teeth or washing your hands.

You’ll also wear your appliance to sleep at night. To keep the soft tissue of the jaw & skull stretched and stop/reverse the aging process.

So literally every model that understands this will maintain their looks & physique to 58 and beyond just like Chuando.

And people that were just ‘ok’ will look like Chuando anyway after wearing their Reviv One-type appliance for a couple decades.

And Chuandos will be a dime a dozen.

You heard it here first!!!!!!!!!! Remember that!
