My teeth are straightening out and separating. I've got more energy too

I'm quite familiar with meme appliances like Starecta and conduct a bit of biomechanical study (mostly PRI) to address my asymmetries. RevivTwo is a great little appliance that has been giving me very steady gains.

It's not going to change you if you don't know what your goals should be, that is a more symmetrical, healthier, biomechanically sturdier body. You can for sure use this device wrong by locking into a bite that's comfortable yet chronically damaging to you -- your old bite essentially.

So it has already begun straightening my front 2 teeth. It has also shifted my lower jaw more to the right, although I'm less symmetrical when aligning teeth, overall I'm more symmetrical everywhere else. Have been wearing it anywhere between 4 to 12 hours a day, every day.

Doesn't smell as bad as the Starecta with regular use. Well constructed. Pretty comfortable when you get used to it. It doesn't have weird manufacturing edges and defects that irritate the mouth.

Before starting Reviv, I had a huge number of health issues. While I managed to deal with most of them with great effort, there were some that I couldn't overcome no matter what I tried:

- Brain fog: I couldn't work productively for more than an hour or two per day, poor memory
- Back pain (neck, lower back, pelvis)
- Constant drowsiness and fatigue

I desperately needed to eliminate these symptoms, otherwise I wouldn't be able to return to work in IT. By the time I started my journey with Reviv, I hadn't worked in IT for a year and a half due to health problems.

My journey began in mid-September 2024.
From the first weeks in Reviv, my symptoms started to disappear: I became more resilient both physically and mentally. After a month of following the method, I could once again work at the computer all day. It was amazing! I was returning to normal life! In October and November, I studied and looked for work, and at the end of December, I started working in IT again!

The hardest part is behind: my back doesn't bother me as much anymore, and most importantly, the brain fog is gone. I can't say I'm completely healthy yet: some health issues still maintain their inertia. However, the progress that has occurred since starting Reviv has been impressive. I was able to overcome symptoms that had only gotten worse over the past few years.

Ken is a wonderful person! He's always available, responds quickly, especially to urgent questions. Ken explains everything in maximum detail, even when you don't understand something several times. It's always pleasant to deal with such passionate people :)

Reviv is a good starting point for getting your life back on track because you become stronger throughout the journey!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I have been wearing the Reviv size large for about a month. Here are a few of my observations and experiences:

1. I have some recession in my gums, and although I have not yet been to a dentist, I believe most of them are now resolved.
2. Prior to wearing Reviv, I would wake up feeling stiff all over, with very specific and predictable pain in shoulder, hip, knee and left foot. Most of the pain upon waking has disappeared--80-90% pain free
3. Reviv does prevent me from snoring. I am not a big snoring person but it was enough that on occasion my husband would nudge me awake. Now I sleep through the night with no snoring.
4. I wake up feeling much more at ease and rested than previously
5. It was quite a learning curve to get used to wearing the device and my body is still not used to it. I had to take a break here and there to allow my gums to get used to Reviv.

My advice to a potential new user, do not let the initial wearing experience scare you off. Despite the initial discomfort, I would still highly recommend doing the experiment.

Before starting the Reviv I had bad posture. A slightly kyphosis in my upper back. My energy levels were always really low. Neurologically my ability to focus was compromised and anxiety was very troubling. I also had unilateral tightness on one side of my body due to a car accident.

My first few weeks with the reviv I noticed my body able to relax more while sleeping. Like someone pushed a button and allowed my tense muscles to release. I have pretty strong body awareness so I was able to perceive a lot of subtle shifting from within that would lead to better physical structure.

So far my upper back has straightened out which leads to less forward head posture. My gait has improved and I'm feeling muscular activation like my body is more coordinated. My neck is less stiff and has more range of motion. My anxiety has lessened and I've been able to focus better. They are small but subtle changes adding up to feeling like my body is working more efficiently. I've also noticed better digestion. I believe the reviv helps a lot with offsetting the physical posture that causes a fight or flight response loop and ultimately helps all parts of the body operate more efficiently.

Ken has been great through all this. He really cares and encourages everyone to not settle for mediocre health. Having someone that's been through the improvements and knows what's going on is so helpful to keep on track with improving.

I'm still very early in this process but using the reviv is such a minimal effort way to continue to improve the structure of the body. You really have nothing to lose trying it out.

I’ve been astonished to learn just how much our teeth alignment can impact the brain, skull, organ function, and even the entire skeletal system.

Since Reviv appeared on my Substack feed, I came across a video of Dr. Brendan Stack treating a patient with a simple oral splint—someone who, in another era, might have been cast away in a forgotten institution. Though difficult to watch, this video should be shown in every classroom to challenge the notion that pills, injections, or surgery are the only effective solutions. Prevention is always better than cure, right? Not quite. In this case, correction is prevention.

It’s only been 45 days, but Reviv has already transformed my life. For the first time in years, I’ve had uninterrupted sleep. My focus—once prone to drifting—has sharpened. Mornings are no longer a groggy struggle, and I even feel as though I’m walking taller. My long-term goal is to correct my overbite, which will take time. And yes, wearing a rubber guard at night comes with some initial discomfort, but the benefits? Absolutely worth it.
