How to apply?
Step 1: Place one of the Bite Spacers in your mouth and hold it firmly between the teeth for as long as you can.
Step 2: You can move the position from the left side to the right side or between your front teeth. Try to hold it where the jaw feels tightest.
Step 3: After holding it between the teeth for 10 minutes or so take a break. No need to chew. Repeat as often as you like.
