Share Your Experience and Get Paid
When you join, you'll also have the option to share a testimonial about your experience with Reviv mouthguards. People considering Reviv want to know that professionals are behind it, and your perspective carries real weight.
If your testimonial is accepted, we'll pay you $100 for a written quote or $200 for a video.

Testimonial Terms

- By submitting, you grant Reviv the right to use your testimonial, name, professional title, and likeness (for video submissions) in our marketing materials.
- Review and payment.
- We'll contact you to let you know whether your submission is accepted. Payment is sent only for accepted submissions.
- One submission per person.
- Each professional may submit one testimonial.
