Why I don't like calling this 'biohacking'

Now onto the article…
One term that folks like to use for things like what I do with this biomechanical stuff is ‘biohacking’.
I don’t like this word.
Because I don’t think it accurately portrays the vision for just how deep and far this shit will go.
This is not ‘hacking’.
This is about changing the whole fucking system and how it works.

Let me start out with a metaphor to growth hacking
Many of you will not be from the tech field and so may not have heard the term ‘growth hacking’. It was a term that was made up by Sean Ellis (pictured above) back in 2010.
At the time Sean Ellis used the term to mean how to find growth in an early stage tech startup.
And basically you need to come up with hypotheses, which you then aim to test as cheaply and quickly as possible.
This was how a startup found ‘product market fit’ which is like the Holy Land for startups. It is when growth is happening quickly and almost effortlessly.
Your target customer has fallen in love with your product.
The problem was that many people in later years started using the term ‘growth hacking’ for little short-term hacks that might provide a small bump of revenue, but never had a chance of being how you find true product market fit.
And Sean spent years trying to clarify that these folks had misinterpreted what he meant for ‘growth hacking’ to mean.
Growth hacking in his definition was a long-term pursuit of finding product market fit. Not these little hacks.
I am also not trying to give you any short-term hacks’
That is just not the way that this game works. Do not expect to fix yourself in a few weeks or even months.
Expect it to take years.
Expect it to be hard.
There are headaches. Sometimes there is pain.
You will sometimes question whether you’re going in the right direction.
You will sometimes question whether perhaps I made all this shit up. LOL
You need to just keep fighting through it. Taking one day at a time.
Like a Navy SEAL battling though hell week.
And when you finally get to the end of the tunnel it will feel a bit like when a startup gets product market fit. Everything just starts to get better at the same time.
How you feel. How you look. How you function. etc.
Folks that look for hacks go in circles
The average person in this game goes in loop after loop for years. They go to a dentist for awhile. Then stop believing in them.
Go to another dentist. Stop believing in them.
Try out DIY. Then conclude that it is wrong.
And on and on.
I know because I was one of them for years. And i know tons of people who were in the game back when i first got in back in 2014.. and they are still in the game.
Still on forums and FB groups trying to get some secret insight that will save them. For over ten years!
But that’s not how it works.
The solution to this shit is about sticking to some basic principles for a very long time.
The most important part is knowing what those basic principles are… which is what I am giving you with this blog.
Play the long game
That is the mindset you need to take with this shit. It’s like starting a business.
99.9% of businesses will not make you a millionaire in the first year. And the best ones take a long time. Years.
You need to look at this shit very similarly.
Invest in your learning. Your understanding.
For most of you it took your entire life to have your body and jaw to get to the screwed up position that it is currently in. So don’t expect to fix it overnight.
But learn how to measure it.
Track things like how you’re concentrating, your memory, your complexion, your energy level, how often you get sick, etc.
And if you stick with what I tell you… than i am pretty confident that you’ll see all of this stuff tick up consistently at some point.
See you on the other side.
