Reviv Appliance With Support
For customers who purchased the Reviv appliance with support package:
- You may request a full refund within 90 days of purchase
- To be eligible for a refund you must follow the terms of the guarantee, which can be found on this page: https://getreviv.com/pages/our-guarantee
- The physical appliance does not need to be returned.
Reviv Appliance Without Support
For customers who purchased the standard Reviv appliance without support:
- This product is sold as a final sale with no returns or refunds accepted
- Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
- Non receipt of product
- Receipt of incorrect product (different from what was ordered)
