How do I use the kit?
Apply a nasal strip across the bridge of a clean, dry nose first. Then place a mouth tape over closed lips. In the morning, peel both off slowly.
Is mouth tape right for me?
Only tape when your nose feels clear. Skip the tape if you are congested or have a cold, and talk to your doctor first if you have sleep apnea or any breathing condition.
Does it hurt to take off?
The tape uses a skin-friendly adhesive on soft cotton fabric. Peel it off slowly from one corner and it comes away comfortably.
Will this stop my snoring?
