Does R3 need boiling or molding?
No. R3 is direct fit. There is no boiling, no impression kit and no lab step. It sits on your teeth and leaves the roof of your mouth free.
Which size do I need?
Measure from the outer edge of one back molar to the outer edge of the other. Medium is 50 to 62 mm, Large is 63 to 72.4 mm and XL is 72.5 mm or more. The size guide video below shows how.
How long does R3 last?
More than a year with nightly use.
Will the first few nights feel strange?
Usually, yes. The first few nights can feel snug while you get used to it. That is normal and it settles as you adjust.
Is mouth tape right for me?
Only tape when your nose feels clear. Skip it if you are congested, and talk to your doctor first if you have sleep apnea or any breathing condition.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, R3 comes with a 1-year replacement warranty.
