Good to know
Questions people ask before their first night
When should I wear it?
Every night before sleep. Grinding happens whether you're
aware of it or not, so the guard needs to be in place
regularly to do its job.
How long does it take to get used to?
Typically three to seven nights. The first night or two may
feel unfamiliar. By the end of the first week, most users
report they stop noticing it during sleep.
How is it different from a sports mouthguard?
Sports guards are built for short bursts of impact, not
all-night wear. Reviv is designed specifically for extended
nightly use — the material, sizing, and thickness are all
optimized for sleep comfort alongside consistent resistance.
Will it fit my teeth?
Reviv is sized for a universal fit without custom
impressions. If you've used standard-fit guards before, the
sizing will feel familiar — more of a settled position than
a locked mold.
Do I need to clean it?
Rinse before and after use and let it air-dry between uses.
A light brush with a soft toothbrush once a week keeps it in
good condition.
How long will it last?
Depends on grinding intensity and frequency. Most consistent
nightly users find it holds up to months of nightly wear —
and if it breaks within the first year, the replacement
warranty covers it.
